In a page that says first in 1962 by Collins, London and Glasgow, published ... Certainty that the copyright symbol by Agatha Christie Ltd., 1962, no other appointments followed, etc. It is great on paper, so I wonder if the first issue, in large print. Can you help me. Thank you in advance.

If it is a first edition, the "first edition" somewhere on the copyright page. I doubt that this is an issue of first impression, because it's important. Probably the first major print pounds.
